Shippings
Jar&Joy ships items to Belgium and the Netherlands.
The products are packaged and shipped by ourselves. Orders are processed within 5 working days.
If an item that is temporarily out of stock is ordered by the customer, the customer will be informed when the item is back in stock. This will be done via email.
You will also receive an email with a tracking number when your order has been dispatched. When this tracking number is updated, you will receive another email about it.
It is not possible to add or remove items from placed orders.
Parcels for Belgium are sent via bpost.
We send packages to the Netherlands via DHL.
For orders over €75.00, you do not pay shipping costs.
Shipping costs will be charged for all orders under €75.00.
This amount will be automatically deducted in the shopping basket.

Returns
Jar&Joy offers a return period of 14 days. Unfortunately, after 14 days, we can no longer offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Some items cannot be returned, such as:
- Herb mixes
- Baking mix
- Olive oil mix
- Gift vouchers
To process your return, we need a proof of purchase or invoice.
In certain cases, we may provide a partial refund, such as when:
- Een artikel niet in de originele staat verkeert, beschadigd is of onderdelen mist door redenen buiten onze controle.
- Een artikel meer dan 14 dagen na levering wordt geretourneerd.
As soon as we have received and assessed your return, you will receive a confirmation by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the amount will be refunded to your credit card or original payment method within a few days.
If you have not received a refund after processing, we recommend checking the following:
1. First, check your bank account.
2. Contact your credit card company or bank; it may take some time for the refund to be visible.
3. If you still haven't received a refund, please contact us viajar.and.joy2025@gmail.com.
Only normally priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale items unfortunately cannot be refunded.
There is a replacement for items that are defective or damaged. Please send us an email if you would like to exchange a damaged item.
To return an item, send it in the original packaging to:Agoralaan gebouw B, 3590 Diepenbeek.
The costs for return shipping are at your own expense and will not be refunded. Upon approval of the refund, these costs will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.
If possible, we recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your return.
